Position Description
Premier Energies Limited is currently seeking a bright, motivated and entrepreneurial candidate to join its Admin Team as Sr. Executive – Administration.
This is a full-time role that will be based in our Hyderabad Office.
Key responsibilities include : -
- Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests
- Maintain facilities management, including space planning/design, vendor contracts and relations, and facilitation of all office functions and services
- Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positively cultured office and employee experience
- Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment’s, appliances, furniture, vehicles, building, etc.
- Management and control office administration activity at the assigned locations.
- Oversee and order office supplies and food deliveries for group meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for all levels of employees
- Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings occurring in the office, offsite, and via video conference
- Provide direct administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes.
Typical Qualifications :

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce or any other stream with at least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a solar company preferred, but not required.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
